Some festivals come and go. Others become part of music history.
Coachella 2014 was one of those years. For two weekends, the California desert became home to one of the strongest line-ups of the decade, blending indie favourites, electronic pioneers, rock legends, and future superstars beneath the famous palm trees of Indio.
The line-up featured artists including Outkast, Muse, Arcade Fire, Beck, Pharrell Williams, Calvin Harris, Disclosure, Skrillex, Fatboy Slim, Empire of the Sun, MGMT, Queens of the Stone Age, Nas, Kid Cudi, Lorde, Ellie Goulding, Flume, Foster the People, The Naked and Famous, and many more.
Looking back, it's easy to see why festival fans still talk about Coachella 2014. It wasn't just another weekend in the desert. It was a snapshot of a moment in music that helped define an era.
